Due to the nature of our business, all vehicle sales are final. Once payment is received and the vehicle purchase is confirmed, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
Buyers are responsible for verifying all vehicle details (model, year, mileage, condition, and specifications) before purchase. We provide photographs, auction sheets, and/or inspection reports (where available) to help customers make informed decisions.
If there is a clerical or transactional error on our part (such as duplicate payment processing), we will promptly investigate and resolve the matter, including issuing a correction or refund where appropriate.
All shipping and customs clearance processes are handled as per the agreed terms (C&F, CIF, FOB, etc.). Any delays or additional costs due to customs regulations or buyer's local authorities are the buyer's responsibility.
